Up and running in two minutes.

Relay has two parts: a lightweight daemon that runs on your workstation, and the desktop or mobile app you use to drive it. This guide walks you through pairing them.

1. Download Relay

Get the desktop app at myrelay.cloud/download and sign in with a magic link — no credit card required.

2. Install the Relay daemon

On your workstation, run:

curl -fsSL https://get.myrelay.cloud | sh

This installs the relay CLI and starts the daemon as a background service.

3. Pair your workstation

Run the pair command — it links the daemon to your account:

relay pair

4. Start your first session

From the desktop or mobile app, click New session, select your workstation, and describe what you want to build. Relay launches Claude Code in your working directory.
